Building confidence
and connection
Free online sessions for ADHD and autistic young people in
years 7, 8 and 9 who experience school phobia or emotionally based school avoidance

What we do
As a neurodivergent team of parents, educators and wellbeing experts, we understand the unique challenges that neurodivergent young people face, and how distressing it can be seeing your child unhappy, anxious, or fearful about attending school.
That’s why we’re running a series of FREE online sessions over the next few weeks.

Understand the unique challenges they face as neurodivergent people

Take part in tasks and learn techniques that will help improve their comfort and confidence.
For parents we’re offering:

For safeguarding reasons, a caregiver must be present in the same room while their young person is participating.

There’s no pressure to be on camera and we use a range of communication techniques.
There is no need to talk, or keep cameras or microphones on if that is not comfortable for the individual.

All sessions are run by someone who is themselves ADHD or autistic, and the content is evidence-based and reviewed by mental health clinicians.
-
Sessions will be held in small groups of 6 to 8 young people.
Book your 3 sessions
Our confidence programme is 3 weeks long, with sessions running at the same time each week. When you book you'll be signed up to all 3 sessions.
If you don't see a time that works for you, or your preferred group is full, please
sign-up to our waitlist. We'll be starting new groups each week, and you'll be the first to hear about new session dates.
If you're child is anxious, and might benefit from a 'taster' session with low- or no- interaction, please signup using the waitlist below and check the box for 'taster session'. We also offer parent 1-to-1s so you can meet the team and discuss your child's need ahead of sessions. If you'd like a session just indicate this on the waitlist form and we'll be in touch.
