Building confidence, comfort and connection
for young people in years 7, 8 and 9 who are struggling with school

Over the next few weeks we will be running a series of 3 different sessions for young people in years 7, 8 and 9
These sessions will give young people the opportunity to

-
Connect with others who understand and share their struggles
-
Understand the unique challenges they face as neurodivergent people
-
Take part in tasks and learn techniques that will help improve their comfort and confidence.
Important Information
Please read before booking

-
For safeguarding reasons, a caregiver must be present in the same room while their young person is participating.
-
There’s no pressure to be on camera and we use a range of communication techniques. There is no need to talk, or keep
cameras or microphones on if that is not comfortable for the individual.
-
All sessions are run by someone who is themselves ADHD or autistic, and the content is evidence-based and reviewed by mental health clinicians.
-
No formal diagnosis is needed to participate.
-
Sessions will be held in small groups of 6 to 8 young people.
-
We recommend that you book in 3 week blocks, but there is no obligation to attend all 3 sessions.
