About the event

Session Outline

There is no obligation for your young person to take part. They can just listen with cameras off or participate however is comfortable.

In this first session we will be learning about strengths you may not even know you had.

We’ll be reflecting on our own unique strengths and what they bring to the world.

We will also talk more about what the next sessions will look like, and work together to figure out what you would like to get out of the next two sessions.

Sessions are small groups of 6-8 with two facilitators and are Neurodiverse-centred.

As this is our first session we will be working on getting comfortable and settled in. There is no expectations on young people. If they do feel comfortable to take part we will support them to do so through a range of means including messaging, and interactive experiences.

The sessions will be led by Sascha and one other facilitator depending on your session time.
