About the event
Session Outline
In our second session, we’ll be thinking about ways we can help manage anxiety.
We’ll explore why and how anxiety can be different for ADHD and autistic people, and the different ways we might need to approach anxiety so that we’re working with our brains.
We’ll also talk about thinking styles and explore tools we can use to help us in a variety of situations.
Sessions are small groups of 6-8 with two facilitators and are Neurodiverse centred. There will be a number of ways young people can interact if they choose to.
Session facilitators
The sessions will be led by Sascha and one other facilitator depending on your session time.
About Sascha
Sascha is an experienced facilitator and coach with young people and has won awards for innovative work in schools. She has a background in creative arts, and has worked to introduce young people to the benefits of creativity.
