In Step 2 our identity verification partner Veriff will check the legal identity of the parent/carer responsible for your child's Uncommon account.

This next step needs to be completed by the parent/carer themselves. This process will take 1-2 minutes.


You'll need a smart phone and photo i.d. such as a passport or driving licence. Please get this now. Then complete your first (given) and last name below and click 'Start Verification'. 

If you can't complete this step at this time, we've also sent you an email with these instructions and a link to this page, so you can complete it later.

👨‍👦 Parent and Child Verification Video-Call 💬

Thank you so much for completing Steps 1 and 2 of the member verification process. To double check that the account is being created for a child of appropriate age, in this final Step 3 we need to briefly see you and your child on a zoom call.


You can use the button below to book a verification call with us. The call can take as little as 2-3 minutes. and will be recorded for audit purposes.

If you'd like, once we've said hello to you and your child, we can also take time on this call to talk through your family's needs, your priorities for your child, and how Uncommon can best support your child in our community.
